I'm J.P. Montalvan, owner of Capital Estate Renovations. I've loved helping friends, clients, and neighbors with one of the most personal decisions there is: turning a house into the home they actually want.
It's been part of my day-to-day work as a real estate advisor since 2002, helping people buy, sell, and invest in homes across Maryland, DC, and Virginia. For several years I've also served as a renovation advisor, averaging about a dozen projects a year. I've restored my own 1890 home, Braemar, along the way.
Capital Estate Renovations is the next chapter of that work. Clients kept asking, "Who do you know for...?" Now the answer is us: a licensed, insured team, managed personally by me from first walkthrough to final punch list.
